" Bonefish"
Known as the gray ghost, this speedy silver fish has caused some obsessive behavior in many of us who have had the pleasure catching one! Seeing these fish tailing on a calm Spring or Summer morning is enough to drive any angler over the edge! And catching one on the fly will definetly put a feather in your cap as well as giving the angler one of the most rewarding experiences of fishing!
"Tarpon"
Also called the Sliver King, these high jumpin bad boys of the flats will put a lump in your throat! When you've got one hooked it's never a dull moment, from their lightening fast strikes, to their high jumpin acrobatics from the moment he's hooked so are you! These great gamefish also love to take a fly, even somtimes when they wont eat the real thing! In the end catching one of these fish should definetly be on your things to do before you die list!
"Permit"
Definetly the most wary and prized gamefish of the flats! Even with a live crab on the end of your line doesn't always guarantee a bite! Stalking these great fish on the flats is just about the most challenging thing to do in the world of fishing! And stalking them with the flyrod even increases the challenge! Catching one on fly is the pinnacle of any anglers fishing career!
Absoslutely the most flyrod friendly and one of the funnest fish ont the flats! Like the Bonefish, these guys like to tail up when they're lookin for something to eat, and it's up to you feed it to them! From a live shrimp, gold spoons, buck tail jigs, jerk baits and yes the fly! Their readiness to pounce on a variety of different baits make them a very user friendly and fun fish to catch!
"Snook"
After a young South Fla angler graduates from Bass, this is usually the next fish he targets! And being able to catch them on the same tackle you would use for Bass, make them a very versatile quary for any angler! Although they will test your tackle a little bit more than their little green freshwater friends, it just makes them all the more exciting and challenging to catch!
"Seatrout"

Well, not the hardest fighting fish you'll find on the flats but still plenty of fun to catch! On some days when we get into them pretty thick on the grass flats of Florida Bay you can almost catch one on every cast, sometimes over 30+ fish in a day! And what makes them even more fun is that they're not as picky about slamming a variety of different artificial baits from soft plastics, top water plugs, bucktail jigs and flies, these fish can definetly fill up your day of fishing with a whole lot of catching!
